🔍Odaily Planet Daily News, on-chain detective ZachXBT revealed the hacker 0x77 (Trung) who allegedly exploited the Prisma vulnerability to steal assets worth $11.1 million. 🔥

On March 28, 2024, the Prisma team discovered a series of transactions on the MigrateTroveZap contract that resulted in a loss of 3,257 ETH (about $11.1 million). 😱The hacker initially claimed that this was a white hat attack, but later transferred all funds to Tornado Cash, contradicting previous statements. 🤔

The hacker began to make excessive demands, asking for a white hat bounty of $3.8 million (34%), which is much higher than the industry standard of 10%, essentially blackmailing the team. 👀

On-chain tracking shows that 0x77 is also suspected of the Arcade vulnerability exploitation incident in March 2023 and the Pine protocol vulnerability incident from February 2024, and its address is also related to the deployer address of Modulus Protocol. 🔗

At this point, all personal details have been collated and the Prisma team is pursuing all possible legal avenues in Vietnam and Australia. ZachXBT urges the scammer to return the funds as soon as possible to avoid further escalation. 🙏
