The P2P USDT market with bolívares is still one of the most active in Latin America. As of the close of August 29, 2026, we captured live the order book on Binance and other platforms for the USDT/VES pair. The data shows significant differences in spread, liquidity, and available banks, which is worth reviewing before trading.

📊 Methodology: this is how we read the order book

The information was taken at 04:00:05 UTC on August 29, 2026. 227 active ads were recorded. The order book indicates that the best buy price (ask) was 941.67 Bs/USDT and the best sell price (bid) was 941.50 Bs/USDT, with a spread of 0.17 Bs (0.02%). This spread is what an operator would see when taking the most competitive offer instantly.

However, if the full market is considered (all offers), the weighted average spread is 43.40 Bs (4.76%), according to the Radar P2P index. This difference is key: the order book spread is the immediate reference, but the overall spread reflects the real range between buyers and sellers.

📈 Spread: where is it cheaper to trade?

When breaking down the order book by exchange, we find that Binance has the tightest spread at the top of the book. Its best buy offer is 941.67 Bs and its best sell offer is 941.50 Bs, leaving a spread of 0.17 Bs. Meanwhile, other platforms show their best ask at 944.00 Bs and their best bid at 940.00 Bs, which creates a spread of 4.00 Bs (approximately 0.42%).

This means that, at the time of the cutoff, Binance offers a finer price adjustment at the top of the book. Other platforms, in contrast, show a wider range, although their deeper orders can offer attractive amounts for larger operations. Don’t confuse this top-of-book spread with the average spread of all offers, which for Banesco, for example, is 1.92% according to bank data.

🔎 Liquidity: where there is more depth

The total depth on the sell side (USDT buy orders) reaches 244,758 USDT, while the buy side (USDT sell orders) sums to 98,368 USDT. This indicates that buying pressure is about 2.5 times higher than selling pressure. In practical terms, there are more people trying to sell bolívares to buy USDT than the other way around.

On Binance, the largest orders are concentrated in the first levels: for example, a single buy offer at 941.50 Bs accumulates 7,581 USDT, and at 940.32 Bs there is another offer of 30,601 USDT. Other platforms, on the other hand, show smaller offers at higher levels, such as the one for 8,045 USDT at 950.00 Bs. For large trades, Binance seems to provide better immediate depth, while other platforms require scaling several levels to complete high amounts.

💰 Available banks: which one has more offers?

The bank comparator records 8 payment methods with presence in Venezuelan P2P. Banesco leads in liquidity with 19.4% of the offers and an average spread of 1.92%. Next are Other method (24.5% of the offers, spread 2.42%) and Pago Móvil (20.1%, spread 2.28%). These three concentrate most of the activity.

The banks with the tightest spreads are Banco de Venezuela (0.55%) and BANK (0.65%), both with exclusive offers on Binance. Mercantil and Bancamiga also show low spreads (0.64% and 0.65%). Meanwhile, other platforms concentrate their offers on Banesco, Pago Móvil, and Other method, with spreads close to 2%. If your preferred bank is Banco de Venezuela, options on other platforms won’t appear; on Binance, they do.

🛡️ Interpretation: what does this comparison mean?

Order book data shows that Binance dominates the top of the book in spread and depth. Other platforms offer alternatives, but with less price competition. This doesn’t mean that other platforms are worse: their lower volume can create more personalized trading opportunities, and their compatibility with Pago Móvil and Other method is useful for many users.
