**Low-cap hunting on DEX: the art of "sifting sand for gold" amid volatile markets ๐**
Want Alpha instead of chasing trash meme-coin pumps? Hereโs the process I use to filter out potential candidates before they hit a $5M Market Cap.
1๏ธโฃ **Track Smart Money on-chain:**
Donโt just look at the chartโlook at the wallets. Use tools like Arkham or DexScreener to filter for "Smart Wallets" with high Winrate. When you see funds flowing into brand-new contracts with liquidity thatโs been locked, thatโs the first signal. ๐ณ
2๏ธโฃ **Analyze Order Blocks & Liquidity:**
Even for low-caps, the chart still follows supply and demand. Find token pairs with **FVG (Fair Value Gap)** that havenโt been filled, or strong **Order Block** zones on DEXs. If the price successfully retests the demand area and Volume spikesโ> thatโs a perfect setup for entry. ๐
3๏ธโฃ **Check the "Security Score":**
The biggest risk with low-caps is a Rug-pull. Always check the Contract on Honeypot or through audit tools. Verify whether liquidity (LP) has been burned. Has ownership been renounced? If not, avoid it immediately. Donโt let the developer "sweep the lows" at your expense. ๐ก๏ธ
4๏ธโฃ **Use the
$BTC mindset as your compass:**
No matter what Altcoin you trade, always look at the dominance and trend of **
$BTC **. If **
$BTC ** is strongly sucking up liquidity, then every effort to hunt low-cap gems is basically suicide. Only when money starts rotating into the Alt-season is when itโs time to go all-in.
**Advice:** Never all-in on a single low-cap coin. Allocate capital using a pyramid model, take profit early, and let the gains run.
What tools do you usually use to check on-chain data? Comment below so we can together "break down" the setup! ๐
