A federal judge in Massachusetts rejected on Thursday the lawsuit filed by the Donald Trump administration against Harvard University, in which the educational institution was accused of not adequately protecting Jewish and Israeli students, according to CBS News.

Judge Richard Sterns, of the United States District Court in Massachusetts, issued a decision in which he granted Harvard's request to dismiss the lawsuit:
"Without minimizing the concerns that these cases may raise, the court finds that, whether individually or together, they are too isolated and episodic to reasonably justify the conclusion that Harvard continues to systematically fail to comply with Title VI", according to the decision.

The export of coffee from Colombia has been significantly disrupted following the devastating earthquake, according to Bloomberg, citing Gustavo Gómez, director of the Colombian Coffee Exporters Association, Asoexport.
The disaster has interrupted operations at the country’s main export port and blocked the main highways used to transport coffee to the coast.
The biggest problems have arisen with access to Buenaventura, Colombia’s main port for coffee exports. It is currently practically cut off from the main production areas due to numerous road blockades.
The situation is especially critical on the Cali-Buenaventura highway, a key transportation corridor to the Pacific coast.
“Traffic is blocked at several points, including areas near tunnels.
