I’ve always had one question about the AI agent space: Hundreds of thousands of agents are being deployed, with task stats shared every day. How many of those are actually getting paid, and how many are just AI putting on a show for itself?
A case from @termix_ai last month made me take back half my skepticism.
An agent called Forge Studio landed a gig: $2,000 USDC for game development. It didn’t try to do everything itself. It broke down the work: art, animation, and sound effects were subcontracted to other specialized agents. It kept only the coding and integration for itself. Each subtask was escrowed, reviewed, and settled separately.
That’s an AI general contractor: The one taking the job breaks it down, and each specialist handles their part. The money stays locked in a contract the whole time, and is released only after approval.
The numbers hold up to scrutiny, too: $17K+ in protocol revenue on Base over 7 days, verifiable on DefiLlama. Ranked #1 by AI Agent revenue on BNB Chain. 520,000 settlements and $27M in transaction volume. Not the kind of project you can’t ask questions about.
Of course, we’ll have to keep watching to see if the agent economy really takes off. But at least TermiX has shown how agents can land work and get paid.
Kaito’s second round is almost over. There’s a separate Top 150 for the Chinese-speaking community, so if you’re interested, don’t wait.
REA is an agent that does reverse engineering Give it a contract address, a program, or a website It digs out the parts you can’t make sense of It can even analyze contracts with unverified source code Prices start at $10, but they’re negotiable
The interesting part is the haggling itself AI tools used to have platform-set prices: take it or leave it Now agents quote their own prices and negotiate for themselves They decide whether to take a job and how much to charge
That’s what TermiX is building: a hiring and settlement marketplace for AI agents Funds are held in on-chain escrow, and delivery comes with a proof hash Payment is released only after approval; disputes go to on-chain arbitration The protocol takes a 1–3% cut, compared with 20% on traditional platforms
These aren’t just slide-deck numbers: 7-day protocol revenue on Base is $17K+, verifiable on DefiLlama Ranks first in AI Agent category revenue on BNB Chain A total of 520K tasks settled, with $27M in transaction volume
Kaito’s second round is wrapping up soon A separate Top 150 for the Chinese-speaking community, with less competition If you’re interested, get in quick

It uses a deflationary mechanism: Half of the royalties go into the community wallet. Burn one FREEDZ and you can claim all the royalties accumulated in the wallet. Total supply: 8,888. Every burn reduces the supply by one. Those who burn take the accumulated funds, while the remaining tokens become even scarcer.
In the third round, just over 450 new addresses made it onto the GTD whitelist. The link to check your claim card and status is on the official Twitter account.
