As long as index futures continue to hold above it, I think the macro momentum looks fine. It’s not a major structural reversal zone. It’s important mainly because when you see a breakout of a multi-month high, you want to see the market respect that flip and provide continuation. So far, the market is defending it. Lower timeframe: 39,200 is the important lower timeframe zone. If buyers manage to hold above it, we can expect continuation higher into the Asian session. Even better if price doesn’t revisit that zone again.
