IF THE MARKET IS IN AN UPTREND, THEN WHAT??IF THE MARKET IS IN AN UPTREND, THEN WHAT?? A new green market for a few days, and the timeline is already flooded with everyone bragging about profits—now everyone thinks they’re an expert. But in my opinion, this is only the beginning. The scariest thing right now isn’t the market—it’s your own mindset after spending a long time in a bear market. After looking at a red account for so long, once you see green you want to sell. Even after a small X2, you think it’s time to lock in, and then you watch it run on to 5x, 10x and regret it.

TermMax V2 is out—these new improvements are really great 🔥 Previously on TermMax, the money in the vault often sat idle waiting for matches. The APY looked high, but in reality it was pulled down because the capital wasn’t fully utilized. Now with the Composable Base Yield, any funds that haven’t been matched will automatically move to a base yield source such as Aave or other standardized ERC-4626 vaults (Morpho...) to earn steady underlying yield continuously. Not a penny wasted—every coin generates returns even while waiting. With the same amount of liquidity in the vault, it can be virtually allocated across multiple markets at once, but it will be taken exactly one time only. No more liquidity getting split into siloed pieces like in V1. Large whales looking to borrow a big fixed-rate size can match much more easily—curators manage capital far more effectively. Capital efficiency increases significantly; yield vaults become more stable and more competitive. If you’re playing TermMax, try V2—it’s quite different from V1.👇 #termmax @TermMax

I noticed three roles in TermMax that are quite clearly separated, with responsibilities not overlapping like in many other protocols. The Market Maker is the party that sets its own interest rates, creates a customized market, and takes advantage of trading opportunities suited to people with clear strategies—actively providing liquidity rather than simply making passive deposits. The Curator is completely different: they initialize and manage the vault, attract capital, and earn a share of rewards based on the performance of management. What I find interesting is that TermMax does not charge a fixed management fee, so the Curator’s compensation is entirely tied to real-world performance. The investor group behind this protocol includes Cumberland DRW and HashKey Capital from the seed round of $4.25 million, showing that institutions are fairly confident in this role-splitting model. As for Users (Depositors), it’s the simplest: just enter to borrow or lend at fixed interest rates, use leverage, and you don’t need to deeply understand the technical details—but you must research the Curator’s track record before sending capital, because profits are not guaranteed. With the current scale of about $34 million TVL and annualized fees of roughly $320,000, this three-role ecosystem is still in the early stage of being tested in practice. #termmax @termmax

I noticed that the P2P dispute mechanism is not simply “Binance decides,” but in reality a clear three-party process with an ordered sequence, where each party has a specific role before the exchange intervenes deeply. The first step is always for the two parties to exchange messages in the Binance order chat. This is a required show of good faith. Opening an appeal immediately without having previously communicated is often judged as less favorable when reviewing the case. When an appeal is opened, the other party has exactly 10 minutes to respond before the system changes the status to waiting for the Binance team to intervene directly. This is based entirely on the evidence already available: Order ID, chat history, and screenshots of account statements. In my view, this three-party mechanism is fair in that Binance does not automatically side with either party; the side that provides more convincing evidence wins. Therefore, proactively saving and preparing evidence from the start matters more than arguing at length. #binancep2pantoan @Binance_Vietnam

I noticed TermMax’s RWA step isn’t a “check-the-box” integration, but one aimed at filling a gap that no one has properly addressed yet. TermMax is the first company to launch the fixed-interest lending market using tokenized shares as collateral on the BNB Chain. They integrated tokens from Ondo Global Markets, the largest tokenized securities platform today with over $350 million in TVL, offering more than 100 U.S. stock and ETF tokens. The real difference I see is that holders of tokenized stock can now borrow for liquidity at a fixed interest rate directly against that position—something that has never existed in DeFi before. Not stopping at stocks, TermMax also expands into structured credit assets such as Cap’s stcUSD and Maple’s syrupUSDC. These are Senior Tranches that are prioritized for repayment and have a loss-protection buffer—helping preserve the yield position while still allowing you to borrow more. In the way I see it, this direction makes sense for institutions, but it depends heavily on the issuing party’s off-chain token RWA pricing reliability. #termmax @termmax

I just encountered a rather strange P2P case: selling 800 USDT, equivalent to 21 million VND, but the account shows an amount up to 40 million—almost double the order value. The buyer messaged saying they transferred by mistake and asked to get back 19 million; that sounds reasonable, but what made me pause is that they require sending the excess money to a different account, not the same account they just sent from. If I were to forward the funds to an unrelated third party, and later there are any issues with the money flow, it would be very hard to explain why P2P funds ended up in an unfamiliar wallet. So I chose the safest option: don’t refund myself, don’t transfer to another account, keep the original Order ID and chat history intact, and then open an Appeal asking Binance to investigate. From how I see it: whether the money goes into the account is one thing, but sending it back to someone through which channel is another—if you can’t verify it yourself, don’t handle it on your own. How do you guys usually deal with cases like this? #binancep2pantoan @Binance_Vietnam

The $34 million TVL number for TermMax sounds modest, but I’ve noticed this is exactly the kind of protocol that doesn’t need to chase big figures right from the start. Because the problem it solves is capital designed for a specific group of users: institutions need certainty, not retail chasing the highest interest rates of the day. On Aave or Compound, both borrowers and lenders don’t know exactly how much they will receive or pay tomorrow, since interest rates fluctuate with real-time supply and demand. That makes it almost impossible to plan finances with large capital flows. TermMax’s current scale ranks #36 among lending protocols on DeFiLlama, accounting for only 0.1% of the industry’s total $40.1 billion, but the initial capital flow is more noteworthy than that figure—during the seed round of $4.25 million at the end of 2023, with Cumberland and HashKey Capital involved, two familiar names tied to institutional funding. In my view, slow but steady growth is more reasonable with a fixed-rate capital product that caters to a narrower user base. The key thing to watch is whether TVL grows as the integration with Morpho moves into real operation. #termmax @termmax

I’ve noticed the biggest risk when receiving money through an e-wallet in Binance P2P transactions is not with the wallet itself. Instead, it’s that many people treat notifications on the wallet as proof that the money has truly arrived—when that’s exactly the loophole scammers exploit the most. A familiar tactic I’ve seen is that the counterparty sends a screenshot of the e-wallet interface showing a successful transaction right after the P2P order is matched, then urgently pushes you to release the coins while the interface or the message you just received saying you got paid "may be faked" along with a phishing link—so it doesn’t reflect whether the money has actually been transferred. The rule I always keep when doing P2P transactions via an e-wallet is to manually open the wallet app myself to check the actual balance received. I absolutely don’t trust screenshots or push notifications sent along with the order chat. Because at the same time, the number of scams involving e-wallets has increased by more than 40% in just one year, showing this is no longer a rare risk. In the way I see it, the more popular P2P transactions and e-wallets become, the more I need to stick to one single rule: release only when I see the money in my own wallet app—no exceptions. #binancep2pantoan @Binance_Vietnam

I’ve noticed that at night is when I’m most likely to lose my guard: I’m sleepy but also want to get things done quickly. Meanwhile, this is exactly the time when many scammers deliberately choose to strike, knowing that victims are less alert than during the day. What makes me far more cautious is that banking apps and support hotlines usually respond much more slowly at night. If something goes wrong and urgent verification is needed, the ability to reach a support staff member is virtually zero until the following morning. I also noticed an interesting detail: most reports of traditional bank fraud are focused on business hours, simply because scammers need victims alert enough to believe what they say. But with P2P, it’s the opposite—nighttime is when you’re easier to lure in, because I want to finish the transaction early so I can go to sleep. From my perspective, making large-amount transactions at night should be avoided altogether if possible, and moved to daytime instead. #binancep2pantoan @Binance_Vietnam
