💰 Pontoro and Archax launch the first liquidity pool for tokenized assets on the Stellar network (XLM
The companies unveiled the Automated Liquidity Pool (ALP), a mechanism that combines liquid money market instruments with investments in private funds, including private credit.
🔹 Investors will be able to sell their stakes in private funds to the pool, provided it has sufficient liquidity. 🔹 The purchase price will automatically adjust based on the available funds. 🔹 Archax will issue pool tokens on the Stellar network, with mandatory investor verification.
The project aims to make it easier to sell tokenized assets, which have traditionally been difficult to quickly convert into cash. For now, this is a pilot launch for a limited group of investors.

📉🐻 CryptoQuant: “Uptober” has failed. Bitcoin is losing buyers’ support
CryptoQuant Head of Research Julio Moreno explained why October fell short of the crypto market’s expectations:
🔻 Spot market demand continues to decline, while U.S. investors remain on the sidelines. 🔻 Traders are taking profits, and the market still has room for further selling. 🔻 The Bull Score Index fell from 90 to 60 points — bullish sentiment has weakened considerably.
📊🏦 Wall Street is moving assets onto the blockchain: major players have already tokenized $9.6 billion
According to RWA.xyz, the leaders among traditional financial firms are:
🥇 Franklin Templeton — $2.56 billion 🥈 BlackRock — $2.25 billion 🥉 WisdomTree — $1.25 billion 🔹 JPMorgan — $841 million 🔹 ChinaAMC — $701 million 🔹 Invesco — $656 million
The six largest firms account for about 85% of the volume in this RWA segment.
🗣 Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong believes that all asset classes will gradually move onto the blockchain. Tokenized stocks and stablecoins are gaining popularity, and this is just the beginning.
📈 Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo, and Morgan Stanley also forecast rapid growth in the real-world asset tokenization market. Tokenization is turning from an experiment into a new frontier in global finance.
🇺🇸 👨👧👧Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent spoke at the Ripple Swell 2026 conference alongside Brad Garlinghouse.
Bessent: 💬 “We will win in digital assets, and this will continue to strengthen the U.S. dollar.”
Some interesting points:
💵 More than 90% of stablecoins are pegged to the dollar. Their adoption strengthens the position of the U.S. currency, while reserves held in government bonds create additional demand for U.S. government debt.
🏛 Bessent also said that after the CLARITY Act failed, the Treasury Department would continue working on crypto regulation together with the SEC and CFTC.
The U.S. sees cryptocurrencies as a tool for global economic influence.

Asset manager Janus Henderson, with approximately $500 billion in assets under management, has launched the JQQQ fund on the Stellar blockchain in partnership with Centrifuge.
📈 The fund tracks the Nasdaq-100, which includes the largest non-financial companies listed on the Nasdaq exchange, including Apple, Microsoft, and Nvidia. ➖ Stellar (XLM) is the blockchain used to issue and transact tokenized fund shares. ➖ Centrifuge (CFG) provides the infrastructure for tokenization and fund management.
💰 For Stellar, this is another step forward in the development of the RWA market.
💰 🧐 Ripple and Robinhood announce a major partnership
Robinhood, which serves 28.6 million customers, is integrating several Ripple products:
RLUSD will become one of Robinhood’s key stablecoins. It’s already available on Robinhood Chain and Bitstamp, and will be added to the Robinhood app by the end of the year.
➖ The XRP Ledger will be used for institutional RLUSD settlements through Bitstamp.
➖ Ripple Treasury will help Robinhood manage liquidity, payments, and cash flows.
➖ Ripple Prime will provide lending and margin financing for around 20 crypto assets, with support for Bitstamp perpetual futures to be added later.
BNY, one of the world’s largest custodian banks, is adding XRP and RLUSD to its institutional crypto asset custody platform.
🤝 At the same time, BNY and Ripple are exploring the use of the XRP Ledger to tokenize trade finance in collaboration with C2FO — a US fintech company that helps businesses get paid by their customers faster.
👨👧👧 For XRP, this means greater access for institutional investors, while for XRPL it offers the potential for new financial use cases.
The project with C2FO is still in the exploratory stage.
🇺🇸🇭🇰 RedotPay prepares for US IPO at a valuation of up to $5 billion
Hong Kong-based payments company RedotPay plans to file for a US stock exchange listing by the end of 2026, Bloomberg reports.
Before then, it plans to hold a pre-IPO funding round. The company could be valued at $4–5 billion.
The company has close ties to Ripple: 🔹 In December 2025, RedotPay integrated Ripple Payments for international transfers. 🔹 Users can send XRP and stablecoins, while recipients in Nigeria can receive local currency (NGN) in their bank accounts within minutes. 🔹 RedotPay lets users put XRP to work for everyday expenses: access a credit line of up to 50% of their assets’ value without selling XRP, send international transfers with payouts in local currency, and buy XRP with EUR, GBP, or USD through a multi-currency wallet. 🔹 The partners planned to add support for Ripple’s RLUSD stablecoin in the future.
📉👀 Santiment: Retail investors are getting rid of Bitcoin.
Since October 16, the number of addresses with a non-zero Bitcoin balance has fallen by around 30,000, to 59.95 million. Analysts say this could point to small investors capitulating as they tire of waiting for prices to rise and leave the market.
🔹 $80,000 — a key support level. 🔹 $82,500 — moving back above this level would strengthen the case for a local bottom. 🔹 $79,000 — a break below could signal that the sell-off will continue.
💰 Historically, retail investors exiting the market has sometimes preceded a recovery. However, a decline in the number of active wallets does not, by itself, guarantee a price reversal.
Analysts say Bitcoin may be forming a local bottom, but there is still no confirmation of a reversal.
👨👧👧🏦 Ripple has received final approval to create its own bank in the US!
The American regulator OCC has approved the creation of Ripple National Trust Bank (RNTB). The company received preliminary approval back in December 2025.
What does this mean for Ripple? 🔹 Federal oversight of the company’s banking infrastructure. 🔹 Management of RLUSD stablecoin reserves, whose market capitalization has already reached $2.5 billion. 🔹 Regulated custody of digital assets for institutional clients.
💰 Ripple is becoming even closer to the traditional US banking system.
At the same time, RNTB will not be an ordinary bank: it will not be able to accept deposits or issue loans.
🏦 Aviva Investors tokenizes shares in its largest fund on the XRP Ledger
British investment firm Aviva Investors, in partnership with Ripple, announced the launch of a tokenized share class of its Sterling Liquidity Fund, which has approximately $29.4 billion (£22 billion) under management.
🔹 £50 million ($66 million) — Aviva’s initial investment in the new tokenized share class. 🔹 More than $116 million — the total investment in Aviva’s two tokenized funds on XRPL. 🔹 BNY Mellon acts as custodian of the fund’s assets, Komainu provides digital asset custody, and Licuido provides the tokenization infrastructure. 🔹 Eligible investors with digital wallets can access the fund.
This is already Aviva Investors’ second fund on the XRP Ledger. The first, denominated in US dollars, was tokenized in July 2026.
💰 Clarification: $29.4 billion is the size of the entire Sterling Liquidity Fund, not the amount of assets transferred to the blockchain. The fund retains its traditional structure, while XRPL is used to digitally represent ownership rights to its shares.
