According to Foresight News, Beosin EagleEye, a risk monitoring platform under blockchain security company Beosin, discovered that the stablecoin protocol Steadifi was attacked. The attacker gained control of the protocol deployment wallet and transferred the ownership of all treasury (loan and strategy) portfolios to wallets under his control.

The attacker has currently exhausted all loanable funds on Arbitrum and Avalanche, and converted the assets into ETH and transferred them to the Ethereum mainnet through a cross-chain bridge. Approximately $1.14 million in funds were stolen. Steadifi is negotiating with the attacker and plans to offer a 10% bounty in exchange for the remaining 90% of the stolen assets.
