On July 23, 1ML data showed that the Bitcoin Lightning Network capacity fell below 5,000 BTC (4940.31 BTC as of press time), with a decline of 9% in the past 30 days; the number of nodes was 16,412, and the number of channels was 69,274. Historical data shows that the Bitcoin Lightning Network capacity exceeded 5,000 coins in October 2022, and has remained above 5,000 coins for most of the time since then and once exceeded 5,300 coins.
