The transaction includes a cash payment of $12.5 million and the issuance of approximately 17.28 million common shares to Adumo's major shareholders. Among them, Apis Growth Fund I, a private equity fund managed by British venture capital firm Apis Partners, and African Rainbow Capital (ARC) under South African billionaire Patrice Motsepe will receive Lesaka Technologies shares.
