Circle Internet Financial, the issuer of USDC, announced that its head of financial risk management, Craig Broderick, has joined the board of directors. Craig Broderick was previously chief risk officer at Goldman Sachs, where he served as a member of the Management Committee and co-chaired the firm-wide risk committee and other controls-related committees.
During his 32-year career at Goldman Sachs, Broderick was responsible for overseeing the firm's credit, market, liquidity, operations, model, counterparty and insurance risks.
