Terra founder Do Kwon pleaded not guilty in a Montenegrin court to charges of using a forged travel document, and defense lawyer Branko Andjelic recommended that they be released on bail of 400,000 euros (about $437,000) each, with the next hearing scheduled for June 16.
Earlier news, Do Kwon was arrested in March at the airport in Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro, while trying to board a private plane to Dubai. (Bloomberg)
