Bitcoin Exceeds 65 Thousand Dollars: BTC is Now Very Close to the Top
Bitcoin (BTC) crossed the $65,000 mark and approached its November 2021 high of $69,000.
This resurgence puts Bitcoin within 8% of its all-time high of around $69,000 reached in November 2021 (about 844 days ago). But an upward journey can be fraught with turbulence.
BTC has increased by over 6% in the last 24 hours. CD20, a broad-based liquid index consisting of various tokens, increased by 5.6% during the same period. Exuberant sentiment, institutional buying demand and historical gains linked to Bitcoin halving have the asset on track to surpass its lifetime high of $69,000 in March, according to some traders.
