🤔 Will the SEC provide clear rules for crypto regulation?

Coinbase chief lawyer Paul Grewal said the court ordered the SEC to respond to the exchange within 10 days on how securities laws might apply to the digital asset sector.

By the way, Coinbase sent a petition with such a request back in 2022, but there was no response from the commission. Perhaps at least now the SEC will say something concrete. She can't ignore the court's decision...
