Shiba Inu developers announced that in a few days, they will release a video preview of another Metaverse hub called Rocket Pond.
The official Shiba Inu Token account later retweeted the post and shared it on its Twitter page.
Promising to reveal the "Secrets of Rocket Pond" Rocket Pond is one of 11 metaverse hubs whose concept art was revealed to the SHIB Army last year. These hubs are virtual plots of land in the SHIB Metaverse that will be available for public access and will not be sold. Initially, the Rocket Pond concept art was revealed in mid-September last year.
This hub symbolizes the energy and potential of a coin (most likely a Shiba Inu in this particular case) to reach new horizons and have its price fly to the moon (hence the “rocket” part of the hub’s name).
Additionally, the rocket emoji is often used to show price increases on Crypto Twitter. According to the development team, the rocket also symbolizes discovery, exploration of new extraterrestrial lands, journeys, and technology — all of which can be easily associated with cryptocurrencies.
Now, the development team that has been working on the Metaverse and all of its hubs, in partnership with The Third Floor animation studio, says that in just a few days they will “unveil the secrets” of the hub, Rocket Pond, by releasing a video trailer.
Alpha preview of WAGMI Temple revealed One of the 11 hubs called WAGMI Temple (WAGMI is a popular acronym in the crypto space that means “We Will All Succeed”) was presented to the SHIB Army in March of this year along with the new Shiba Inu website.
The video flies over the virtual land in and around the WAGMI Temple center, where viewers can see a quiet riverbank with Shiba Inu statues, a pretty bridge, deer on green grass, alcoves for meditation, waterfalls, and many other things.
Hollywood’s interest in the Metaverse may be growing, with Shiba Inu advisor (and former Technicolor VP) Marcie Jastrow suggesting on Twitter that Hollywood’s interest in the Metaverse is for the purpose of making live-action and animated films in the coming decades.
Jastrow recently attended the NAB Show, an annual gathering where a variety of professionals and technology innovators from the gaming, film, and entertainment fields come together to discuss recent trends and developments and exchange ideas.
Marcie Jastrow is in charge of the new brand partnership with SHIB Metaverse, so her role in getting the attention of Hollywood producers could be important in the future.
