PANews September 21, according to an official announcement from the CFTC, the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) Innovation Working Group has launched a public seminar series called the "Frontier Forum Series." The first forum is scheduled for October 28, with the theme of AI and agent-based finance. The initiative aims to promote dialogue among regulators, the industry, and the public on emerging financial technologies, balancing technological innovation with investor protection and market integrity. CFTC Chair Michael Selig said he will directly engage with builders, users, and researchers of relevant technologies. Members of the public may nominate speakers. On-site attendance may be limited and requires a security review.
