Airdrop by AltLayer (ALT) Became a Event: Insider Information?

The transactions made by large wallets that received airdrop rights from AltLayer made us think that there was inside trading.
On-chain data mining platform Arkham reviewed AltLayer's airdrop distribution. According to Arkham, more than 28 thousand wallets requested airdrops from AltLayer. 300 million ALT worth almost $100 million was transferred to airdrops. The wallets that received the highest share in airdrop distribution attracted attention.
A wallet starting with 0xf39 received the largest ALT airdrop ever. 1.29 million ALT worth 408 thousand dollars was airdropped to this wallet. 0xf39 transferred the incoming airdrop to the three new wallets he created.
The wallet that received the second largest airdrop had 1.19 million ALT worth 367 thousand dollars. This wallet did a similar operation with 0xf39 and divided the ALTs into multiple new wallets it created.
Arkham pointed out that both of these wallets performed similar network activities before receiving the airdrop. According to Arkham, both wallets purchased OG badges in August 2022 and did not make any further transactions until the airdrop occurred.
The wallet that received the third largest airdrop in AltLayer had 898.8 thousand ALT worth 262.9 thousand dollars. This wallet did the same thing and divided the ALTs among the new wallets it created.
