Brevan Howard Asset Management has reached an agreement with Dragonfly to take over Dragonfly's hedge fund Liquid Opportunities, people familiar with the matter said.
Liquid Opportunities was launched in June 2021 and is managed by Kevin Hu, Ashwin Ramachandran and Lawrence Diao. The fund will now operate as part of Brevan Howard Digital, the investment firm’s crypto and digital assets division.
The fund’s long-short trading strategy is consistent with BH Digital’s active trading approach, a person familiar with the matter said. (Bloomberg)
