XRP Ledger (XRPL) will introduce additional features in the coming weeks. As per XRPScan, users relying on ripple v1.11.0 or earlier versions are advised to update their systems. Implementation of fixReductionOffersV1, which addresses a critical issue with DEX offers, required achieving renewals exceeding 80% within 14 days.
Among the amendments introduced in the XRPL v1.12.0 update, fixReductionOffersV1 stands out as the only amendment to secure 80% consensus, starting a two-week activation countdown. FixReductedOffersV1 aims to minimize the prevalence of order books being obscured by reduced offers, thereby improving overall XRPL functionality.
