Today at UWEB University, I shared some thoughts about memes and promoted our Nextmate.ai project.

I could feel everyone’s enthusiasm and my WeChat was flooded with additions as soon as I finished speaking. It turns out that getting rich through memes is the main theme.

Share selected highlights.

Why are all chains pushing Meme so hard?

The core is that the beneficial effect of meme can bring more transaction volume and users to the chain. Only with liquidity can the chain have the foundation for survival.

From Wif and Bome on Solana, to Brett and Degen on Base, Sundog, Muncat, and Afro on Tron that took off with Sunpump, and the recently rising Fud and Hippo on Sui, every popular chain needs memes to build momentum.

Today, I shared 6 sutras with you at the venue:

The first sentence is the most important:

You must be clear about your purpose of playing memes. Is it to buy lottery tickets? To find a sense of belonging in a common topic? Or do you want to get rich by hyping memes?

Meme is a zero-sum game. If you buy memes without the intention of making money, you will definitely lose money. I can share a case of a friend who bought a lot of memes and gained several more zeros. The core of this is that he treated meme speculation as a career and devoted himself to it. He studied the data of various memes every day and speculated on memes full-time, which brought him a good harvest.

The second truth is:

Real men and real women never play against the wind.

Never buy memes when the market is falling. Typical examples are Bome and Slerf. Bome’s rapid listing in two days is still a legend. Slerf, which followed, had great potential to succeed Bome in terms of market making, including artists, narratives, and donations. Unfortunately, it encountered an overall market decline and was unable to recover.

When buying meme, you must think about the meme project owner. If you were the project owner, would you choose to pull the price by 10% when BTC rises by 1%, or would you choose to rise alone when the market falls? Whether from the perspective of the cost of protecting the market or from the market sentiment, the former is better. Because once the project owner pulls the price, it is a great opportunity for retail investors to get out, because everyone believes that meme will only fall more when the market falls. This is the power of consensus. The third one is how to buy:

The key is to figure out which link in the leek chain you are in.

After talking to many people who have made a lot of money or lost a lot of money speculating on memes, I found that the core schools of meme players can be divided into three categories:

1) Data: Look at the on-chain data every day, especially the ratio of meme transaction volume to market value.

2) Community: See what the community is saying and which celebrities/KOLs are saying it

3) News: Learn about the team, when to list the coin, and how to list it

Although there is no superiority or inferiority among these three schools, the closer you are to the bottom and the information source, the higher the possibility of unearthing a meme that causes a surge (push-up).

The key is to buy when no one is interested and sell when there is a lot of people around.

Most memes make money by passing the parcel, so a good meme player must learn to stratify his or her news sources:

Team – KOL /Agency -

Degen

Secondary Group (Practitioners)

Level 3 Group (Ordinary Cryptocurrency Trading Group/Leek Group)

Only by knowing clearly at which link you enter and at which link you exit can you make money and make money continuously.

The fifth important thing is to take advantage of the situation:

The popularity of memes is cyclical, so you must figure it out. Find out which chain’s meme is at its peak, which chain’s meme is weakening, and which chain’s meme is gaining momentum. You can pay attention to the top three popular chains. I will not provide investment advice here, DYOR.

The sixth very basic but very important thing is self-discipline, which can bring freedom:

Determine your investment ratio and stop-profit and stop-loss situations in advance.

Stay rational and don't get carried away. The money you make by luck may be lost next time.

All the people I know who make a lot of money or continue to make money are not undisciplined.

Finally, let’s talk about the essence of Meme. Only by understanding the essence of Meme can we better get rich in Meme.

The essence of a meme is: an expectation of rising prices

The source of this expectation can be broken down into two aspects:

1) Narrative: Different cultures, communities, and stories

2) Market-pulling and market-making capabilities

With 1, users are attracted; with 2, users are served and money makes money.

Our http://Nextmate.ai - Meme's AI companionship and prediction market platform serves the meme project from these two aspects.

In terms of narrative, we provide Meme with AI companionship and gamification-based gameplay, as well as rich scenarios and innovative narratives, to add cultural and narrative richness to the meme community.

In terms of doing things, we use prediction markets, staking and other gameplay to make memecoin have more financial use cases, one coin for multiple uses

In addition, our user side is growing rapidly. We have more than 100,000 real users, all of whom are high-quality trading users who speculate on memes and can empower and support traffic for new memes.

Finally, we welcome high-quality Meme communities, launchpads, exchanges, market makers and other partners to contact us. We also welcome everyone to introduce cooperation projects to us. If the cooperation is successful, there will be rich rewards. Thank you!
