Former FTX client Alexander Nikolas Gierczyk has filed a lawsuit against hedge fund Olympus Peak. Gierczyk claims that Olympus Peak, to whom he sold his bankruptcy claim, did not pay the extra amount because he received more than expected. According to the agreement, if the claim amount increased, Olympus Peak was supposed to pay the extra amount. However, Gierczyk’s lawyers say that Olympus Peak did not fulfill this agreement. 💼💰
