CoinVoice has recently learned that on October 10, the head of the ZeroSync project released the white paper "BitVM: Compute Anything on Bitcoin".
According to the white paper, BitVM is a new computing paradigm that allows Turing-complete Bitcoin contracts to be expressed without changing the consensus rules of the Bitcoin network.
