Nasdaq is down today because of the Deepseek AI from China which is currently changing the whole market framework regarding the costing of the AI.
With fraction of cost, Deepseek is producing almost as better as the ChatGPT does.
With this kind of news, it appears to be valuation shock all around the market right now. People are too afraid that it might be an over valuation in the AI industry right now and that’s why market is dropping.
What I ultimately wait for now is to look for buy the dip opportunity. However, I’ll temporary avoid the AI sector for now and wait for update later.
