My biggest trading mistake this week and what it cost me... 🤦‍♂️💸

So i promise myself every single Sunday that im going to stick to the plan and stop chasing green candles on late night momentum spikes. But guess what? Last night I completely ignored my own advice. I saw $BTC starting to make a rapid push upwards, got major FOMO, and jumped straight into a leveraged position without waiting for a retest.

Absolute rookie move, honestly.

Of course, literally 10 minutes later, the market sharply reversed to sweep liquidity, triggering my stop loss almost instantly. It hurts to take preventable losses like that, especially when you know better. I wasn't tracking macro levels or reading any complex order blocks—I was just trading entirely on raw emotion, and the market penalized me for it.

The biggest takeaway here isn't about technical charts. Its about basic discipline. If you miss a pump, just let it go. The market will always give you another setup tomorrow. Im moving back to holding stablecoins like $USDC for a few days just to force myself to cool down, clear my head, and reset my psychology.
