It has now entered maintenance mode, stopping new deposits and borrowings. Existing users may close positions and withdraw their assets.
Some borrowing positions in AlphaLend that use ALPHA as collateral have become undercollateralized and have resulted in bad debt. The bad debt has already been fully covered, and the protocol is solvent.
AlphaFi will cooperate with the Sui Foundation to investigate and pursue outstanding debts. After users complete withdrawals, AlphaFi will exit the Sui ecosystem.
