Honestly, I'm deeply disappointed with Binance 😞
Since September 15th, my account has been flagged as "risk" and blocked from participating in every single activity and promotion on the platform. No prior warning. No clear explanation. Just a sudden wall.
I've been a loyal Binance user for a long time. I took part in campaigns seriously, followed the rules, and genuinely believed in this platform. I recommended it to friends. I defended it when others doubted it. And this is how it ends: being treated like a number in a system, with no one willing to actually look at my case.
I did everything I was supposed to do. I submitted appeals. I explained my situation. I offered to provide any evidence needed. I waited patiently. And every time, I got the same copy-paste response. Not a single answer that addressed my case, not a single detail about what I supposedly did wrong. How can anyone defend themselves when they aren't even told what they're being accused of?
It's been weeks now, and the feeling of helplessness hasn't gone away. It's not just about the promotions. It's about trust. It's about feeling like the platform you supported for so long doesn't care to hear your side at all.
I'm not asking for special treatment. I'm only asking for a fair, human review of my account.
If anyone in the community has been through something similar and managed to get the risk flag removed, or knows an official channel where cases like this get a proper second look, I'd be truly grateful for any guidance. 🙏

Regarding the mixed reactions to the recent group creation reward campaign on Square, I completely understand the community's frustration over the unclear rules.

However, from a personal perspective, I think we can be a bit sympathetic. The team might not have much experience running campaigns of this scale yet, so making mistakes in the organization process is understandable. I’m not saying this just to smooth things over because I received a reward. Honestly, the reward I got is extremely small compared to what I could have actually received.

But regardless, I still want to acknowledge and thank the team for their efforts. I hope the team learns from this experience and achieves even greater success with smoother projects in the future!

Chúng tôi hiểu rằng cách áp dụng cơ chế Shared Reward đã tạo ra những trải nghiệm và kỳ vọng khác nhau giữa các Creator. Binance đã nghiêm túc ghi nhận các ý kiến từ cộng đồng và phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để rà soát dữ liệu chiến dịch cũng như từng trường hợp có liên quan.
Sau quá trình xem xét, Binance sẽ triển khai Phần thưởng Ghi nhận Creator dành cho các Creator đủ điều kiện. Đây là phần thưởng bổ sung nhằm ghi nhận những đóng góp và nỗ lực xây dựng cộng đồng của Creator trong suốt chiến dịch.
Việc xác định điều kiện và mức phần thưởng sẽ được thực hiện nhất quán dựa trên dữ liệu chiến dịch hiện có, bao gồm kết quả tham gia, quy mô cộng đồng, mức Shared Reward thực nhận và tình trạng phần thưởng đã nhận. Hey everyone, just a quick update: my appeal was rejected again with absolutely no human support. It looks like this restriction is permanent. Honestly, it’s a harsh realization that Binance simply doesn't care about its users anymore. You can dedicate all your time, stay fiercely loyal, and build a massive community for their platform, only to be tossed aside by a cold, automated system without a second thought.

But this account is my brainchild. I poured my heart and soul into building it with over 127,000 of you, and I refuse to just abandon it. I will keep this account alive, though I'll only be posting updates on Top Coins at a lower frequency.

Because of this unfair treatment, I have no choice but to create a brand new account so I can keep analyzing altcoins and covering the specific tokens you guys request.

Starting over from zero because a platform turned its back on its creators is incredibly frustrating. But your support has always been my biggest motivation. I truly hope you guys will continue this journey and support me at my new home.
