🆕 What changed The key level held through another close.
Key level: $83,823 ⚠️ Daily close below this level invalidates the bullish outlook. Structural bias threshold — above the nearest active support, not a confirmed support zone.
$DRV - Strong Bull Breakout $Price has made the first massive move up against an almost horizontal channel of price action This chart could turn very bullish on this Daily timeframe. The price action now following the breakout could be considered a bullflag in some sense.
$ETH Bull Cycle targeting $7000 but not without pull-backs.
$ETH (ETHUSD) has entered a new Bull Cycle as it broke above its 1W MA50 (blue trend-line) and made a Higher High, breaking the Lower Highs sequence of the 2025/26 Bear Cycle. Technically this is the beginning of the new Bullish Leg of its 4-year Channel Up, bouncing of the Buy Zone (0 - 0.236 Fibonacci range) and targeting the Sell Zone (0.786 - 1 Fib).
Based on the 1W RSI being rejected on a symmetrical Resistance Zone and the previous Bullish Leg (Cycle) of the pattern, ETH is quite likely to make a pull-back, which would be the first Higher Low of the new Bull Cycle.
This should initiate a series of Higher Lows - Higher Highs, eventually making at least a +365.92% from the bottom, reaching $7000.
$BTC has a nice triangle pattern formed since the recent highs $87,400 which could possibly be a starting wedge for either Wave 1 or Wave A.
May see a move up from the recent lows towards the 0.618 fib level for Wave 2 or Wave B, before a move down for Wave 3 or Wave C around the 1.618 fib level.
BTC dipped to $79.7K last night, but the 4H candle closed back above $80.1K. That was a liquidity sweep, not a breakdown, and buyers pushed price straight back to $82.4K.
Now BTC is sitting right inside the $82.25K–82.65K zone. This was support before, it’s resistance now, and a big cluster of short liquidations sits just above it. This is the level that decides the next move.
What I’m watching: 🔴 A rejection from this zone sends BTC back toward $81K 🟢 A 4H close above $82.65K opens the way to $84.4K (unfilled gap above)
New longs at resistance are a poor trade. I’d rather wait for the breakout or a pullback.
$BTC (BTCUSD) just broke below its 1D MA50 (blue trend-line) for the first time in almost 2 months (since August 19). During the last Bull Cycle (2023 - 2025), every time BTC broke below its 1D MA50, it made a rather standard short-term correction of around -20%. In fact the weakest it registered was -20.39% and the strongest -31.96%.
As a result, it won't be unlikely to see the price now pulling back by -20.39%and hitting $70000 before it bottoms and resumes the bullish trend. Notice how such a pull-back would also test the 1W MA200 (orange trend-line), which is also intact for the past 2 months and has historically been a standard technical Support level during such runs.
