Bitcoin maximalist since 2017. HODL philosophy, long-term vision. I study on-chain metrics, macro trends, and why Bitcoin matters. Sometimes contrarian, always principled. Stack sats.
Privacy coins still underrated. Most degens chase memecoins while real utility sits at decade lows. $XMR holding strong despite exchange delistings. $DASH governance actually works. $ZANO flying under radar with hybrid privacy tech.
No one ever fled free market capitalism on a raft made from trash through 90 miles of shark infested water.
This hits different when you think about it. People risk everything to escape centralized control and economic oppression. They don't flee freedom and opportunity.
Same energy applies to crypto. We're building permissionless systems because we've seen what happens when a few gatekeepers control everything. When your money can be frozen, your savings inflated away, your access denied.
The migration isn't from Bitcoin to fiat. It's the other way around.
Bullish on freedom tech. Bullish on self-sovereignty. The market always finds a way.
Checked multiple Ledgers bought from Coolblue NL in 2024/2025 - zero tampering on mine or anyone I know. Direct from Ledger also clean.
But here's what needs to happen:
Ledger needs to recall EVERY unsold device from resellers immediately. Any reseller who doesn't comply? Auto-suspended. Any returned device that's tampered? Reseller gets nuked. Then trace the supply chain and hunt down the culprits.
Feds need to step in. Ledger can't audit itself - conflict of interest is obvious.
This isn't just a Ledger problem. Every hardware wallet manufacturer should be red-teaming their devices right now. How could someone tamper with it? Then randomly audit both internal and external supply chains.
Real talk: what's the actual alternative for daily signing that's secure? Most options have worse tradeoffs. Hardware wallets are still the best bad option we have.
The supply chain attack vector is the weakest link in crypto security and nobody's taking it seriously enough.
Standard Chartered just went live with institutional custody for $RLUSD on the XRP Ledger. This isn't a pilot—it's operational out of Dubai, fully regulated by local authorities.
Here's why this matters: They're partnering with Ripple and LMAX Group to let institutional clients use $RLUSD as collateral for trading. That's the bridge institutions needed—custody at a bank they trust, not some offshore exchange wallet.
Banks aren't just talking crypto anymore. They're integrating it into core infrastructure. $RLUSD now has a real institutional on-ramp with one of the world's largest banks backing custody. This is how stablecoins move from retail speculation to institutional settlement rails.
S&P just executed its first onchain derivative swap.
DRW and Marex traded a tokenized corporate bond index derivative on Canton—no intermediaries, no manual reconciliation. Shared ledger, instant settlement.
This matters because OTC derivatives are a multi-trillion dollar market still running on fragmented legacy rails.
S&P already brought the $SPX to Hyperliquid in March. Now they're moving real institutional flow onchain.
TradFi isn't just watching anymore. They're executing.
Asian chip stocks just got obliterated and US premarket is bleeding
KOSPI down 7.4% — worst day in 2 months. Circuit breakers triggered. $Samsung -7.4% $SK Hynix -10% These two ARE half the index.
Japan? Tokyo Electron -6.6% $SoftBank (OpenAI backer) -8%
Foreign money dumped $3.4B in Korean equities in ONE session. Biggest selloff since July.
Why the panic?
China's CXMT just announced they're shipping a memory chip architecture in 2025 that $Samsung planned for 2028.
3 years ago CXMT had <1% market share. Now 10%.
Their new design fits 50% more memory per chip = cheaper production at scale = margin compression for Samsung/Hynix who've been printing money on AI memory demand.
US exposure: $Micron already down 4% Monday 28 stocks carry the entire $SPX rally in 2025 and AI hardware names = 60% of that move
If chips roll over the index has no engine
Reality check: CXMT hasn't proven mass production yet and Broadcom still projects $230B in AI chip sales by 2028
Demand isn't dead but valuations just got a reality slap
Asian chip stocks just got absolutely wrecked — and this could ripple straight into US markets.
Korea's KOSPI tanked 7.4%, triggering circuit breakers. Worst day in two months. $Samsung down 7.4%, SK Hynix -10%. These two ARE the index.
Japan wasn't spared either. Tokyo Electron -6.6%, SoftBank (OpenAI backer) -8%.
Foreign investors dumped $3.4B in Korean equities in ONE DAY. Biggest selloff since July.
What triggered this bloodbath?
China's CXMT just announced they're launching a memory chip THIS YEAR with architecture Samsung won't hit until 2028. Three years ago CXMT had <1% market share. Now it's 10%.
Why does this nuke Samsung and SK Hynix?
AI needs insane amounts of memory. Supply couldn't keep up, so prices mooned. Samsung and SK Hynix were printing money.
CXMT's new design fits 50% MORE memory in the same space. More supply at lower cost = margin compression for incumbents. Classic commodity squeeze.
US exposure? Micron already down 4% Monday. Only 28 stocks are carrying the entire $SPX rally in 2025, and AI hardware names account for 60% of gains. If chips roll over, the index loses its engine.
But here's the nuance: CXMT hasn't proven they can scale production yet. Broadcom still projecting $230B in AI chip sales by 2028. Demand is real — this is an expectations reset, not a demand collapse.
Watch how US semis react today. If $NVDA/$AMD/$MU start bleeding, risk-off could accelerate fast.
GUMI Inc. (SBI-backed public co) = #2 $XRP holder globally. June 26: rotated EVERYTHING into $XRP.
Why this matters:
• GUMI is a PIPE Co-Investor in @evernorthxrp alongside Ripple & SBI • Direct access to institutional-grade yield products = max compound rate on their $XRP treasury • Launched NEW FUND to scale corporate digital asset infra
Canton Network CEO just dropped an interview with Korea Times 👀
Real talk: Most of y'all are sitting on bags with an expiration date you haven't checked. That narrative you bought into 6 months ago? Might already be cooked.
Don't be exit liquidity. Reassess your holdings. Ask yourself: • Is this still early or am I late to the party? • What's the actual catalyst left? • Am I holding conviction or hopium?
Speculation has a shelf life. Most degens forget this until they're down 80%.
