ZEC is trading in a tight band, and this setup is built around that range. The stop at 1255 sits below the area where buyers have been defending, so a close under it means the idea is wrong and I'm out. The risk is about 3.6%.
TP1 at 1340 is the first test of the upper range. It's a modest 2.9% move, so I'll take partial profits there and cover most of the risk. TP2 at 1390 is the real prize, about 6.8% and nearly 2R. A clean break and hold above 1340 would turn this from a range bounce into a breakout.
