$牛来 Jin10 Data, Oct. 25 — Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grushko said the EU’s position on a final settlement of the Ukraine issue excludes Europe from the negotiating process. Earlier reports said European countries were discussing who should negotiate with Russian President Vladimir Putin on resolving the conflict in Ukraine. Grushko said: “If you want peace, you should first stop supporting the regime in Kyiv. Moreover, the position they have outlined on a final settlement effectively excludes Europeans themselves from the negotiating process. That is because they demand, first, that the borders be restored to their 1992 extent; second, that Russia pay reparations and punish those responsible; and, in addition, that foreign forces be deployed on Ukrainian territory if Ukraine cannot join NATO.” He stressed that the EU’s main policy at present is to inflict a strategic defeat on Russia—to contain Russia, deprive it of resources for development, and cut off its strategic transport routes. #牛来
$BTC $ETH The crypto market is watching the U.S. midterm elections, and things are exceeding expectations across the board. Trump’s approval rating has fallen to a new low since he took office—one of the lowest points of his term. Many people are wondering: if the Democrats make a comeback in these midterms and take control of Congress, what happens to the markets next?🚨
In short, if the opposition takes control of Congress, many of Trump’s policies could get held up, leaving him governing as a “lame duck.” Policies that would benefit risk assets, such as tax cuts and fiscal stimulus, would become much harder to pass. What markets fear most is policy gridlock and increased uncertainty.🚨
Keep an eye on two key areas: first, U.S. stocks—especially sectors that benefit from fiscal policy—which could come under pressure first; second, crude oil, where Middle East tensions combined with election expectations could amplify volatility.🚨
One reminder, though: polls are only a guide. Voter turnout and swing-state surprises matter a lot, and leading in the polls doesn’t guarantee a win. Don’t bet heavily on the outcome ahead of time. News-driven market moves can happen fast, so wait for the results and see where the money actually flows—don’t get caught out by trading on expectations.🚨#Pepe上涨14%领涨山寨币反弹 #比特币算力创七个月新高
Over the past 24 hours, liquidations across the market reached $820 million, including around $240 million in BTC long positions. This means those holding leveraged long positions above $80,000 have been flushed out by the market—leaving a healthier position structure with less leverage. Historically, prices often bounce at least in the short term after large-scale liquidations, because the source of selling pressure (forced liquidations) has been absorbed.
Tomorrow, the FOMC’s two-day meeting officially begins (October 27–28). The statement will be released at 2 p.m. ET on the 28th (2 a.m. Beijing time on October 29). The probability of a rate pause in October is currently around 80%, and the market has largely priced in that outcome.
One detail I think is worth noting: over the weekend, as BTC fell below $80,000, analyst Benjamin Cowen observed that if the weekly candle closes above $83,000, his bearish scenario will be invalidated. BTC now needs to get back above $83,000 before the October 25 close (the final trading session of the week across global time zones) to put that concern to rest.
Can $80,000 hold for a fourth time and spark another bounce? That depends on whether the FOMC gives it a chance.
Were you liquidated in this downturn, or did you ride it out? Tell us.
