I've been watching $SENT closely on spot lately as the chatter and volume start to build up. Seeing sudden momentum catch on is always tempting, but chasing green candles on market orders without a clear plan is usually how people get caught holding the bag.

For me, spot buying isn’t about FOMO, it’s about patience and risk management. Instead of jumping in while volatility is peaking, I’d rather wait to see where price actually settles and carves out a reliable support level. What matters most is whether trading volume sustains and healthy accumulation begins after the initial hype calms down.

I’m keeping $SENT on my radar, but I prefer waiting for clean retests and a solid base before considering any spot entries.

BTC is still looking a little uncomfortable after the recent drop.

Bitcoin was trading around $76K yesterday, and the market is now reacting to the latest Fed decision as well as the failed US crypto legislation vote.

For me, the $75K–$76K area is still worth watching.

If BTC manages to hold here and volume starts coming back, the market could look very different from what we saw during the sell off.

But I'm not in a hurry to call a bottom.

I'd rather see Bitcoin stabilize first and then watch whether Ethereum and the larger altcoins start following.

I've been keeping an eye on $VET today because of the VeChain Interstellar upgrade.

Network upgrades are interesting, but I don't think an upgrade alone is a reason to expect the token price to go up.

What matters to me is what happens after the upgrade.

Does network activity increase?
Do developers build more?
Does trading volume pick up?
Does the ecosystem actually see more usage?

Those are the things I'd rather watch than simply buying because I saw the word “hardfork.”


I'll be watching $VET volume and price action over the next few days.
