$INJ Long: buyers need to hold 8.20 on the 4-hour chart 👀 Hold 8.20 → 8.35, then 8.43. A break below 8.07 invalidates the setup. The price needs to touch this level slowly and hold above it, rather than quickly pierce it with a candle wick. Entry 8.199–8.222 (long) Targets 8.291 → 8.346 → 8.427 Setup invalidation 8.075 The price on the 4-hour chart is 8.21, above the EMA50 at 7.85, so the structure favors buyers. The stop is just 1.7% away, while TP3 is 2.6% away—that’s about 1.6R if the price moves up. The daily price is above the EMA200 at 5.83, so the long-term trend is also on our side. According to CoinGlass, selling of BTC is intensifying on the spot market, while buyers on futures continue to support the price.
Real demand on the spot market is weakening, with support coming mainly from leveraged traders. If futures buyers pull back, BTC risks a sharp drop that could trigger a chain liquidation of long positions.
The dump could accelerate, with liquidations still in the tens of thousands on the downside 😳
The release of the U.S. labor market report for October triggered a sharp move in Bitcoin. The economy added 165,000 jobs, nearly triple analysts’ expectations of 59,000, while the unemployment rate fell to 4.1%, compared with the forecast of 4.2%. September’s figures were also revised up by 31,000 jobs.
A strong labor market gives the Federal Reserve (Fed) room to maintain tight monetary policy for longer, which typically puts pressure on risk assets. Bitcoin’s immediate reaction was a sharp drop from $76,000 to $75,200, after which it recovered almost all of its losses. The previous day, Bitcoin had already fallen from $81,000 to a multi-month low of $75,100 following a post-election rally, before partially recovering to $76,000.
For traders, this is a sign that volatility remains high: reactions to macroeconomic data can be instantaneous and go in either direction. In the past, Bitcoin fell after the August report but surged after the September report. $BTC $WOO $AKE
Large sell order: $820K at 0.048. Distance to the liquidity cluster — 1.2%.
The asset is in an uptrend. A large order is sitting at resistance. I plan to take the breakout after confirming the reaction to the liquidity cluster and that the order is being absorbed. $PARTI $WOO
