Instead of trying to catch the bottom and the top, first look for the overall trend.
In an uptrend:
✅ Higher highs and higher lows
✅ Look for buying opportunities after pullbacks
❌ Don’t chase a strong bullish candle
In a downtrend:
✅ Lower highs and lower lows
✅ Wait for retracements toward resistance
❌ Don’t enter just because the price got cheaper
The idea isn’t to win every trade; the idea is to have a plan that you can repeat with discipline.
