Predict is splashing the cash again!!!

This time, it’s putting $250K into the League of Legends World Championship, which kicks off next week.

The Play-In Stage starts on October 15, and the final is on November 15—a full month of competition.

Right now, the odds have the LCK at 70% and the LPL at 24%. For the championship, Gen.G is at 35%, HLE and BLG are at 20% each, and T1 is at 17%. The Koreans really have been on a tear these past few years, but the LPL still has a shot.

Last time, the $2 million prize pool for the World Cup boosted daily active users from 1,500 to 45,000. This time, the prize pool is an order of magnitude smaller at $250K, but esports fans are much more engaged than football fans. And this is probably the last major campaign before TGE. They’ve handed out badges after every major tournament campaign so far. The team hasn’t said what the badges are for—but you can guess, right?

Also, Coinbase’s main site and wallet integrated Predict’s prediction markets this week. Along with Binance’s app and wallet, plus Trust Wallet, users of the world’s two biggest exchanges can open the app and place their bets.

Pre-market FDV has already surged to $800 million on Aspecta, on its way to $1 billion.

Time to rack up a ton of points.
