According to Foresight News, former US federal prosecutor James K. Filan has tweeted that the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has requested a change in the deadlines for remedial measures briefs in its lawsuit against Ripple. The SEC has asked for the opening defense brief deadline to be extended to March 22, 2024, Ripple's deadline for submitting an opposition brief to be extended to April 22, 2024, and the SEC's deadline for submitting a reply brief to be extended to May 6, 2024.
