Why does the “lazy” investor beat 90% of traders?🧘♂️📈
When you get into crypto, it seems like you have to trade every day, catch 5% moves, and constantly watch the charts.
Over time, I arrived at some simple math:
1️⃣ Your opponent in the market is THE MARKET ITSELF. You’re up against funds, algorithms, and the world’s brightest minds with million-dollar budgets. You won’t beat the market in the long run—to consistently profit from active trading, you have to be either a genius or incredibly lucky.
2️⃣ Trading = stress + fees. Most people blow their accounts not because of bad indicators, but because of emotions, leverage, and trying to predict the market.
3️⃣ Consistency = results. A simple strategy—regular DCA (automated purchases of solid projects like $BTC / $ETH ) + basic Earn/Launchpool on $BNB —outperforms 90% of active traders over the long term.
While one person gets stressed over every squeeze, the other steadily builds their capital, earns passive income, and sleeps peacefully.
For me, crypto is a tool for financial freedom, not a second job that keeps me glued to a monitor 24/7.
Which side are you on? Do you actively trade spot/futures, or have you chosen the “lazy” accumulation route? 👇
Let’s look at tokenized gold as an example: $XAUT Why I closed my entire position:
1️⃣ Luck 🍀 I got into XAUT for protection, but luckily caught the metals rally and took profits. At the time, there was no logical reason to get in then—just luck
2️⃣ Real gold vs. crypto gold 🥇 If we buy gold for all its benefits (protection against inflation and crises, liquidity, diversification), what’s the point of buying something that ISN’T real? It just adds more risk
3️⃣ When does RWA make sense? 🤔 RWA is great for quick speculation and convenient access to markets. But if you can buy the real asset instead of its digital representation, what’s the point of RWA, especially from the perspective of #HODL ?
I moved my XAUT profits into $BTC and $ETH . I hold crypto in crypto, and real assets in the real world.
What’s your take on RWA? Do you believe in tokenization, or is it better to stick with fundamental crypto? 👇🌞
Exactly one year ago, I posted here for the first time. I remember picking up a bunch of altcoins, buying in at the highs, and riding them all the way down to the lows.👽
A year has passed. The market quickly showed me how things really work. The main thing I learned: over the long run, what matters isn’t chasing shitcoins, but simply staying calm and focusing on fundamentals. 🙇
In the end, I completely rebuilt my portfolio and got rid of everything unnecessary: $BTC — 60%: the classics $ETH — 20%: Web3 fundamentals $BNB — 15%: we all love Binance😇 $SOL — 5%: carrying the entire altcoin sector
❌ I got rid of all my altcoins and closed my XAUT position. I’ll explain why in upcoming posts.
What do you think, folks? How do you like my portfolio? Looking forward to seeing you all in the comments!👇🌞
📈Gold is showing strong growth: over the past year, the price has increased by ~50%💪 It is less susceptible to volatility and inflation. But buying physical gold is inconvenient and expensive🤷 However, tokenized gold (backed by physical gold) is very convenient!
What do you think about XAUT from Tether?? How reliable is this asset?? Are there alternatives (PAXG)?? 👇
