#BinancePickAndWin 🇫🇷💔 France has fallen… and the 2026 World Cup once again reminds us that no favorite is untouchable. After Brazil and Germany were eliminated, Les Bleus have now seen their title dream end at the gates of the final. In this edition, every match confirmed one thing: the past and the honors never guarantee victory. Today, it’s time for the second semi-final: 🏴 England 🆚 🇦🇷 Argentina. Two giants of world football, two styles of play, but one goal: to secure the last ticket to the final. England will rely on its collective power and attacking efficiency. Argentina, for its part, will look to build on its experience in big occasions to keep its title dream alive. 🎯 My prediction: Argentina 2️⃣–1️⃣ England. 💬 After France’s elimination, who will join Spain in the final—England or Argentina? As AI agents gain autonomy, what will we need to allow them to do? Who will define their limits?

#newt $NEWT While studying @NewtonProtocol, a question came to me that goes beyond the technical. It’s often said that Web3 gives us more freedom. But if an Authorization Layer defines in advance what an AI agent can or cannot do… are we limiting this freedom, or protecting it? Because behind every transaction, it’s not just code. It’s about trust, responsibility, and balance. Finding the right point between autonomy, security, and governance may be the most decisive challenge of our digital age. 👉 Who controls these policies? The developer? Governance? The user? In my view, that’s where the future of Web3 is at stake: in the ability to share power without diluting it, to code trust without locking it down, to give users freedom that isn’t an illusion but a real protection. And you, do you think stronger authorization rules enhance user freedom… or restrict it? $NEWT #Newt — paid partnership

Can trust be programmed?Does the Authorization Layer really protect users… or does it simply change the way they are made to trust? By discovering @NewtonProtocol and the Newton Mainnet Beta, I thought I would be studying a new security mechanism. But as I read more, I realized that the real question might not be security after all. It is as follows: Who do we trust when AI agents make decisions on our behalf? In a traditional system, a smart contract executes rules that have been written in advance.

Is Web3 creating a new profession… that no one has yet seen? For years, Web3 developers have had a clear mission: write code. Faster smart contracts. More efficient protocols. Always more decentralized applications. But while studying @NewtonProtocol and its vision for Newton Mainnet Beta, another idea came to me. And what if, tomorrow, the challenge wasn't only about writing code… But what about writing the rules that will govern the decisions of artificial intelligences? Let's take an example. Imagine an AI agent tasked with managing your portfolio.

#newt $NEWT Does Newton Protocol’s Authorization Layer solve a problem… or create a new layer of power? For the past few days, I’ve been trying to understand Newton Protocol beyond the slogans. The idea of an Authorization Layer is appealing: apply rules before a transaction is executed. On paper, this can strengthen security, compliance, and risk control. But the further I go in my research, the more new questions arise. If a transaction is technically valid, yet a policy decides to block it, who really has the final say? The smart contract? The authorization layer? The governance that can modify the policies? And if these rules change over time, how can users be sure that today’s conditions will remain predictable tomorrow? Let’s take an example. A rule can limit certain transfers or require additional validation. But if that rule is changed through a governance vote, the question of trust becomes central. The real difficulty may not be authorizing or refusing a transaction. It may be knowing who defines the rules… and how they evolve. That’s what makes Newton Protocol interesting to analyze. The project doesn’t just add a technical feature; it forces us to think about the balance between security, governance, and decentralization. As AI agents gain autonomy, this question will become even more important. Will an AI need to follow fixed rules, rules voted on by a community, or rules customized by each user? I don’t have all the answers yet. But one thing is certain: Newton Protocol’s Authorization Layer opens up a debate that’s far deeper than simply executing transactions. And you, who should have the final say in an on-chain authorization system: code, governance, or the user? $NEWT #Newt

#BinancePickAndWin 🌍🏆 Before the quarter-finals, one thing is already certain: this 2026 World Cup will be remembered. At the start of the tournament, many people expected a classic scenario, with the football powerhouses dominating the competition. But football has once again reminded us that it follows no pre-written script. Favourites like Germany and Brazil exited the competition earlier than expected, while less-fancied teams seized their chance and overturned the predictions. Africa, for its part, has left its mark on this edition. Several teams progressed through the group stage, and Morocco continues to carry the hopes of an entire continent by reaching the quarter-finals. At this stage of the tournament, every detail matters: a mistake, a flash of brilliance, or a penalty shootout can change a nation’s fate. When AI gets it wrong, who should be held accountable?Imagine an AI agent managing your digital assets while you sleep. It analyzes the markets in a few seconds. It detects an opportunity. It carries out a series of transactions. When you wake up, you find that your portfolio has suffered a significant loss. The first question that comes to mind is simple: Who is responsible? The AI? The developer who designed it? The protocol that executed the transactions? Or you, who entrusted it with this mission? The more I study the evolution of Web3, the more I’m convinced that this question will become unavoidable.
