Today, Predictdotfun extended its Maker cashback program for another month. The odds of a TGE before November 15 are now 49% on Polymarket.
I think it’s highly unlikely that the token can be launched on the 15th, mainly because this latest Binance incident is so serious. Internal security checks take time, and they’ll need to focus on wrapping up all the important tasks before turning to listing a new token. After all, asset security is a matter of life and death, so they won’t rush it.
Moreover, Trump suffered a landslide defeat in this major election, and money is flowing toward safer assets. Market conditions aren’t good either, making it difficult to support a token launch. On top of that, extending the Maker cashback program by another month this time strongly suggests they’re already prepared for a one-month delay. After all, good things are worth the wait; there’s no point rushing if the result isn’t good.
