$KORU Do a half-year summary, and also show my losses. In the first half of 2026, I lost 1.4wu on contract trading, and 6ku on event contracts; together that’s 2wu. The losses mainly happened in February. At that time I went long Ethereum around 2250 and held on without stopping the loss. I happened to have a bit of extra money on hand, and as a result I lost almost 2wu within just 3 days. It drove me into hell in one go. In March, I actually managed my first non-loss month since September 2024—maybe I made a few hundred u. Back then, I thought it was the turning point where things would take off. I didn’t expect April and May to keep losing. In June, the first 20 days were also losses all the way; only in the last 10 days did I start making some money. In June, I only earned a bit more than 3000, which barely wasn’t enough to fill the holes from April and May. My worst was actually June. At the time I had to pay back my Huabei of 8400, and I simply had no money left. I called to negotiate an extension on the repayment, but it didn’t work. I spent more than an hour on the call. Then friends and classmates kept asking me to borrow money—really, I had no shame. In the end, I didn’t borrow a single cent. After that, I was directly overdue. After becoming overdue, the collections calls came in several times a day. I originally thought I’d just give up. Later, for various reasons, I finally found an excuse and asked my dad for 30,000 yuan to repay the loan. Then, slowly, in the final 10 days I made a little money. Throughout all of June, I slept less than 4 hours every night, and I kept staying up until 2 or 3 a.m. every day before I could fall asleep. My family is an ordinary one—my parents are farmers. Even now I still can’t figure out how last year I could treat money so casually. No wonder everyone says gamblers don’t end up well. I truly feel like I deserve it—ten thousand times over. The only reason I keep persisting in the crypto world is because there’s no way back anymore. I hope my story can warn everyone: lucky people are ultimately very rare. Earning dozens of u every day is already better than 90% of ordinary office workers. Also, I hope I can steady myself in the second half of the year, make money slowly, and pay off my debts. If you want to scold me, you can just scold me directly—but don’t involve my family. I really should be scolded.

$SNDK This round didn’t bottom out at the lowest point, but it’s pretty much about the same. I stayed up all night last night, falling asleep around 3 a.m. in a daze, then waking up around 5 a.m., and dozing off again, until after 7 a.m. when I finally couldn’t sleep at all. When I woke up, I saw that SanDisk’s high had reached 2273, while my stop-loss was at 2298. This was purely luck. What I need to reflect on is that the position size for this trade was still too big. I opened 10 at 2104. I only had a little over 3000 in capital. Then I added 5 at 2206, added 5 at 2228, and at 2239 I went all-in with another 5, bringing the total position size to about 12–15x leverage. If I’d only sized down a bit and opened, say, 5x instead, I definitely wouldn’t have had to endure sleeplessness through the night. Of course, it’s also because later I lost over 900 in total from some other “clones” and Micron, which increased the risk. This morning, because there was no “空beat” I had to deal with, I temporarily added 1000u as margin. In the past few days, some brothers have seen that I seem to have made quite a bit (one trade making 500 or 1000u is something I didn’t even dare to think about before), but if I think it through carefully, most of it is just luck. If anything had gone wrong in the middle, I would’ve been wiped out. Looking back at 6.24 and 6.25 over two days, I directly lost 6000u. This week plus looks like I earned more, but in reality it was only just getting back the losses—profits aren’t much. Not to mention that across several accounts I’m still down about 18u overall. I lost 2u in the first half of the year. Mainly, in 2025 I lost more than a hundred. And I’m unemployed now. I’ve got a bunch of loans and a bunch of debts. My current life is a total mess. These past few days, the profits are at least allowing me to breathe a bit. Today is 7.1, and it’s also the first day of the second half of 2026. I hope that going forward I can keep the same mindset and luck, keep making profits. The road to getting back to even is long. You and I, let’s encourage each other.

$BEAT still prefer the shoddy one that goes up fast and down fast. Even though I know that after the beat it will definitely go to zero, grinding it out like this really doesn’t hold up. The only thing that makes me happy is that from a little after 1 a.m. yesterday getting poked by a needle and cutting the loss for over 4,000, to now—it’s just about 24 hours. All the losses have basically been given back; maybe there’s still a loss of around 100–200 left, but I’ll ignore that. I checked the trading records: on 7.28 I still placed two long orders, but unfortunately both were stopped out. Yesterday’s main reasons for the loss were: one, the position size was too big; two, I didn’t stop losses in time and let the floating loss keep growing. On the chart, yesterday morning it had been moving sideways the whole time—I should have retreated then. I knew it would continue rising. At that moment the floating loss was around 400, but relying on my principal of more than 3,000, I thought I could just hold on, that it would definitely start distributing from there. With that mindset, I kept ignoring it, and it turned into a big mistake. Trading shouldn’t be like this. You must have a clear stop-loss level before entering; otherwise, you will definitely run into a liquidation at some point. All the huge losses I had before started from refusing to exit when the loss was small. I hope I remember these lessons.

$BEAT Alas, lesson learned. From now on, if a counterfeit (shanzhai) is going short, you should wait for increased volume before you enter—don’t enter directly. I didn’t sleep well all night; I only went to bed around 4 a.m. and now, I’ve recovered 3000 after yesterday’s loss of 4000. It really feels bad… sigh

$BEAT What the hell are you doing valuing it at 1.4 billion for an aircoin? Damn. It really pisses me off. All the copycats should just die. Ahhh. I’m also a dumbass. I’ve said a million times not to chase aircoin copycats, but somehow it only takes a month and I end up making the same mistake several times. In July, plus today, I lost 2wu on the aircoin copycats. Damn, why don’t I learn my lesson? I’m so angry I can’t even sleep.

The contract positions for $M 500w, a market value of 2.4 billion—also don’t know when it will go to zero. You can’t even sell it off; it won’t sell out. The pump-and-dump to lure people in—at this high market cap, not many people are chasing it. It’s tough. Since I saw it last year until now—last year seemed to be above 2—but the situation hasn’t changed much. Altcoins are still each unique in their own way.

$BEAT This thing has nothing to look at—no technology, no capital, nothing. There’s only one thing: watch how the dog-poacher’s mood goes—when they start dumping. Right now, it’s probably because there aren’t enough people to take the bag yet, so it won’t drop anytime soon.

$KORU Monthly Summary. July was the wildest trading month in the past several months. The account experienced big gains in the first two days of the month, then sharp losses in the next two days, another rise in the middle of the month, and a big drop near the end. Only in the last three days did I barely get back to breakeven. There were all kinds of excitement, anxiety, regret, and more. There is no need to go into all of that again. This month made me realize that my trading still has many problems. What I had before was mostly luck, and if I want to make money, I still need to keep improving. Position management and timely stop-losses are still the top priorities. There were also areas of progress: I was able to avoid some meme coins and didn’t just jump in and suffer huge losses. At the beginning of the month, LAB was a huge loss of 8,000u. I was emotionally overwhelmed and also violated my trading rules. In the last few days of the month, I encountered EUL and set a stop-loss, but I ran into an unexpected event: it got listed on Korean exchanges. The stop-loss was triggered, but I couldn’t buy out, which led me to get emotional again, resulting in another huge loss of more than 6,000u. The next day I shorted EUL but didn’t hold it. That evening I was actually up 2,000u, but after the open I blindly went heavy long on KORU and ran into a huge dump. During the night it rebounded to 17.22, but I didn’t exit. After that, I blindly added margin and refused to stop-loss, leading to a huge loss of 7,000u. In the middle of the month, I also went heavily short on Zhishu during an uptrend and lost 2,700u. I didn’t strictly stop-loss on BANK short and got hit by a 40% rise, losing 2,500u. Looking back, the bad habits I keep making are: 1. After making money, I get carried away easily and my mindset becomes unstable 2. When in floating loss, I like to add to positions, and I add more and more 3. I do not strictly use stop-losses 4. My altcoin positions are too large 5. Most importantly, I enter trades too casually, without clear entry points or take-profit/stop-loss levels I hope to make progress in August. The most important thing in August is to control drawdowns, not to make a certain amount of money
$KORU Monthly Summary.

3. I do not strictly use stop-losses
4. My altcoin positions are too large
5. Most importantly, I enter trades too casually, without clear entry points or take-profit/stop-loss levels

I hope to make progress in August.
