I completely support Binance’s efforts to prevent bots, scripts, and multi-account abuse. A fair and genuine platform benefits everyone. 🤝
However, some real single-account users appear to have been affected by the recent restrictions — including me.

📌 My concern:

I use one personal account and do not use bots, scripts, or automated tools. If a user has a fast internet connection and manually claims several available red packets, does that automatically indicate automated activity?
If the system permits a user to claim multiple packets through a single account, users may reasonably assume that this activity is allowed unless the rules clearly state otherwise.

🔎 Another important issue:

When a user receives a “Not Eligible” or disqualification notice, there appears to be limited information about:
• What specific activity triggered the restriction

• Whether the decision can be reviewed

• How a genuine user can appeal or provide evidence

• How the account can regain eligibility if no violation occurred

🙏 My request to Binance Square:

Please consider reviewing these cases individually and improving the appeal/review process for genuine users.
I fully support action against bots, scripts and multi-account abuse. At the same time, legitimate users should have a clear way to understand and challenge an incorrect restriction.
