It's another day, and it's still so late without sleep😤 wasting time, wasting energy, wasting feelings. I've been playing contracts alone for almost five years now, and the guy who introduced me to the software has already permanently exited. Suddenly, I just want to say something. It's so lonely.
I consider myself relatively lucky. Although I've only started to make a little profit this year, overall, I'm still at a loss. I still remember the first two years when I lost more than 5,000 in less than 15 minutes one night. I'm at the window looking at the moon in the sky. One cigarette after another, I silently stared at the moon for a long, long time.
Why do I continue to play even when losing? Because I don't know what else I can do. But I've learned a lot from my losses. Let me share some lessons for everyone to refer to.

Second, for long-term investments in Bitcoin, don't go in with more than 10x leverage. Always keep a safety distance of around 15,000. Do not have a get-rich-quick mentality.
