We feel that the fund will not invest directly in $BTC instead, it will employ a covered call option strategy, investing in other Bitcoin exchange-traded products (ETPs) to generate monthly returns through option premiums. The fund plans to allocate at least 80% of its net assets to Bitcoin-related investments, including spot ETPs and related derivatives, and it will also use its subsidiary in the Cayman Islands (up to 25% of the assets) to circumvent the restrictions on commodity holdings established by the U.S. Investment Company Act of 1940.
