A lot of people enable โAllow All IPsโ for convenience, then face serious risk if an API key is leaked.
A safer practice is to bind your API key to your trusted server or home IP and reject everything else.
ALSO: NEVER enable withdrawal permission on an API key. ๐จ
Stick to only the permissions you actually need, such as Read + Trade.
That way, if a key is compromised, direct withdrawals may be prevented.
