In the last 1h, only one notable cold wallet move happened — and it wasn’t accumulation, it was just fund shuffling. Even this $106.6K (10B PEPE) transaction looks like more of an exchange-to-fund shuffle than real whale conviction.

👉10B PEPE ($106.6K) moved via CoW Protocol → Wintermute (a well-known market maker).
👉Then another 10B PEPE went back from unknown wallet → CoW Protocol.
Same amount, same time. This screams internal liquidity routing, not bullish buying.
