$SOL SOL, 7-day shock $200. The market never waits for everyone to be ready. When sentiment, capital, and the trend begin to resonate, the real acceleration often only needs a few big bullish candles. $120 is just the starting point, $150 is the acceleration zone, next stop — $200. Don’t blink—SOL’s rhythm may have just started. #sol

$SOL SOL/USDT:119.50 After a rebound on increased volume, the market is consolidating in the high range. Bids between 119.34–119.41 show clear support, but sell walls are heavier between 119.60–119.78. In the next 1–4 hours, there is about a 60% chance of sideways-to-bullish movement within 119.1–120.2. If the 15m timeframe breaks out above 119.78 on increased volume, look for 120.2–120.6. If it falls below 119.01, the outlook weakens and it may approach around 118.6.

$SOL 9/30 Solana Staking Daily Report: Today there are some noteworthy changes that need attention. The latest complete total staking data has been updated to 9/27: 437.54M SOL. Compared with 9/26’s 440.64M, that’s a decrease of about 3.1M SOL in a single day (-0.70%). Compared with 9/20 (7 days ago) at 440.23M, it’s down about 2.69M SOL (-0.61%). This suggests that the large unstaking positions we saw a few days ago are now starting to truly show up in the network-wide total staking. Meanwhile, the latest verifiable full activating/deactivating data is as of 9/26: about 1.30M activating versus 4.45M deactivating, for a net un-stake of roughly 3.15M SOL. This is very close to the magnitude of the total staking decrease of about 3.10M SOL on 9/27. Therefore, this time it can’t be simply understood as everything just switching validators. At least a significant portion of it does not get re-staked immediately. The flow data currently has about a 3–4 day lag, so today I can’t reliably provide the latest locked deactivating breakdown; I won’t make up a number. However, there is also a slightly positive signal: the total LST amount has been updated to 53.11M SOL as of 9/28. Compared with the earlier ~52.6–53.0M, it’s still growing, indicating that at least some funds remain within the Solana staking/LST ecosystem. Binance’s official SOL/USDT spot price has just been $119.02, with the order book at $119.01 / $119.02. In the past 24 hours, the low was $116.32 and the high has already reached $121.69. In other words, 120 was broken back through today; it’s only pulled back to the 119 area now. Today’s takeaway: 🟡 The staking picture has shifted from previously “healthy” to something that needs monitoring. The key isn’t whether SOL can go above 120—today it already reached 121.69—but whether 437.54M is just a step-down caused by a single epoch settlement. If the next full day’s data continues to fall from 437.5M toward 436M and 435M, I’ll treat it as a continuous net exit; if it returns to 439–440M, it will look more like a phase of unstaking and reconfiguration.

$SOL SOL over the past 7 days, the total amount of network staking rose from 439.61M to 440.64M, net adding about 1.03 million coins. Even though the price has slipped back to around 117, staking hasn’t shown any significant outflow, suggesting the supply is still stable. 120 is not far off

$SOL SOL/USDT:117.70 Over the next 1h, it continues dipping to 117.58, but the order book clearly favors bids. Support is relatively strong at 117.62–117.70, showing signs of a near-term stop to the sell-off. In the next 1–4 hours, there is about a 57% chance of a ranging rebound/repair in the 117.5–118.6 area. If the 15m timeframe gains volume and moves above 117.90, then look for 118.2–118.6. If it breaks below 117.58, momentum weakens and the outlook shifts to 117.0–117.3.

$SOL If this round is a real bull market, then SOL reaching 700 doesn’t actually require a miracle. When BTC opens up room for a bull market, capital starts flowing over; at the same time, Solana also benefits from the ETF, institutional capital, stablecoins, payments, DeFi, AI, and growth in on-chain applications. Once SOL passes 300, the market conversation is about making new highs; once it passes 500, the talk becomes about chasing ETH. When the emotions are at their most frenzied, 700 is only the premium the bull market offers. In the previous cycle, everyone bet that Solana could survive. In this cycle, everyone bets that it can become mainstream financial infrastructure. #Circle issues an additional 500 million USDC on Solana

After SOL breaks 120, it enters a main uptrend phase. If you don’t run, you’ll be doomed.
$SOL SOL/USDT:118.18 The 1h timeframe still maintains a strong-volume upward structure, but after a spike to 118.90, it pulled back. Clear sell walls are evident around 118.39–118.51, while strong support is seen near 118.05. Over the next 1–4 hours, there is about a 58% chance of high-level consolidation between 117.9–118.9. If the 15m timeframe shows volume breaking and standing above 118.51, then watch 118.90 again; if it falls below 118.05, momentum weakens and we may see 117.6–117.9.

$SOL SOL from 200, honestly you don't need any miracle. 115 → 200, it looks still far away, but in essence it's only about +74%. If BTC re-enters a strong uptrend, and funds rotate from BTC into high-beta mainstream coins, SOL often doesn't just move slowly—when liquidity and sentiment resonate, it can complete a valuation uplift rapidly. What you really need to watch is not whether it can rise $5 today, but whether on-chain activity, stablecoin activity and inflows, ecosystem trading demand, and the broader market’s risk appetite can continue to expand. So my logic is simple: As long as the big cycle for BTC isn’t over, and SOL fundamentals don’t show any clear deterioration, and capital keeps staying in the Solana ecosystem—then 200 is not a number you need miracles to see. There can be 110 in between, there can be 100, and even a drawdown that makes you question your life. But the biggest mistake in a bull market is using five minutes of panic to deny a trend that’s been playing out for months. Target: 200. Allow consolidation; don’t change the script.
