🚨SHOCKING: Hong Kong's first licensed stablecoin failed a security review just two days after launching.

Blockchain security firm BlockSec found a single key can mint, freeze, and force burn the HKD-pegged HKDAP, calling the contract "not production-ready."

The token is issued by Anchorpoint, the Standard Chartered venture with HKT and Animoca Brands, with BlockSec saying its design breaks Hong Kong regulators' own rules.

President Nixon cut the dollar's link to gold in August 1971, calling the suspension temporary in his own address.

Ethereum is holding around $1,900, but bulls still need to reclaim $2,000 to confirm stronger momentum.

If ETH breaks and holds above $2K, the next leg higher could come quickly.

Will ETH reclaim $2,000 next — or revisit $1,800 first?

Bitcoin supply in profit is currently at one of its lowest levels.

The last time around 9 million BTC were in profit, Bitcoin was trading near $20K. From there, BTC eventually rallied to $70K.

Not saying the same thing will happen immediately, but it’s interesting to look at what happened the last time Bitcoin’s supply was at a similar level of loss.

Bitcoin surpassed 20.07 million coins mined as of August 2026, leaving only 4.4% more supply.

I'd estimate 10-20% of existing bitcoins are lost/stuck/unrecoverable. It's a deflationary asset.

🇺🇸 The OCC has conditionally approved a national trust bank charter for Trump-backed World Liberty Financial.

Once finalized, the charter would allow World Liberty to directly issue and custody its USD1 stablecoin under federal oversight.

This is a major step for stablecoins — crypto companies are moving deeper into the U.S. banking system.

Having the President and the heads of both major U.S. market regulators in the same room for crypto is a pretty big deal.

🇺🇸 Bitcoin is hovering around $63,000 as regulatory uncertainty weighs on the market.

The SEC unexpectedly canceled its crypto rulemaking meeting, while the CLARITY Act vote was pushed back.

My take: The long-term regulatory direction may still be improving, but the market clearly wants ACTION — not more delays.

Is this just a temporary setback, or does Bitcoin need a major catalyst to break higher? 👀

$ETH Now caught between the $1750 and $2100 levels.

Both have acted as strong support & resistance levels over the past 2 years.

ETH seems kind of in the middle of nowhere here. The big trend is obviously still down. Now the question is whether it can push higher and attempt a break at that $2100 high timeframe level, or if this is just another lower high in the down trend.

Breaking back above $1750 was the first sign of strength I wanted to see. $2100 would be the next.

Think a minimum of $2.1K or $1750 are the levels to watch once ETH can break above $1950 or below $1850 respectively.

So still a decent move to follow upon a break and that is exactly what I'll be waiting for.
