Day 4 of farming Binance Alpha with 1030 USDT
Today I continued using $DGAI . Yesterday, I looked at other people’s strategy tips and realized the trick: place buy orders above the current order-book price and sell orders below the market price, then use opposing orders like this so both sides fill instantly. Today, I generated 10,000 USDT in trading volume, which cost about 0.4–0.5 USDT.
Turns out you can’t just grind away without learning the strategy first—I had to pay tuition 😅
I also noticed that $XDP is hosting an Alpha trading competition, but the 0.15% fee is a bit too high 😅 I’ll stick to today’s approach.

Oof 😣 My reverse order didn’t fill today, and I took a big loss farming $CT . Half of yesterday’s side profits got clawed back. I’ve farmed my way to 1044u today so far. Sigh—the point of picking up those little gains is probably just to build up some tolerance for losses.
I feel like $DGAI is still a bit better: the buy/sell spread at the original price is only 0.x, and it’s not very volatile. $CT fluctuates too much. Any tips for farming Alpha? 😭

1. I bought $TUT because of the Binance event. It underperformed even compared with other BSC MEME coins, and I barely made a few points in the end. I sold half before the event started and had basically sold it all by 9.
2. Today I kept farming with $DGAI 500-plus u, counting volume at 4x. I made four round trips. I was doing it on my phone at first, which was awkward, and I probably lost a little over 1u overall. It feels like even with reverse orders, it’s hard to pull off. Does it take some skill?
I’m currently holding 1060u. I’ll see if there are any news-driven opportunities to make a quick buck, then I’ll have more room to farm Alpha. #币安Alpha

Using 1030u to mine Binance alpha on the second day:
Today I switched to the same 4x trading volume, $DGAI . Today I used a bit over 500u, just in case. The $CT side has been fluctuating a bit too much, so I couldn’t keep a handle on it.
I lost about 1u, but it’s still within a controllable range.

Guys, we have FOMC Minutes coming in less than 1 hour.
And after the kind of volatility we already saw today, I really don’t want anyone opening random high-leverage positions just before this release.
The biggest reaction I’m watching will be in Gold (XAU), Silver (XAG), BTC and ETH. Then coins like SOL and other highly leveraged mid/low-cap alts can exaggerate whatever move BTC makes.
Gold and Silver are especially sensitive tonight because the market is already reacting to the US dollar + Treasury yields, and both metals have been under heavy pressure ahead of the Fed minutes.
Briefly speaking
📉Hawkish Fed Minutes → Dollar/yields can push higher → pressure on BTC, crypto, Gold & silver
📈Dovish Fed Minutes → Dollar/yields can cool → BTC, Gold, Silver and risk assets can bounce hard.
And please remember the first candle can be a trap. We can get a pump, immediate dump, liquidations on both sides, and then the real direction.
So for now, protect your positions, reduce unnecessary leverage and don’t FOMO into the first move.
Tonight I’m watching $XAU , $XAG and $BTC first. These will tell us very quickly how the market is reading the Fed.
