If CPI comes in hot, rate hike fears could return and put pressure on the market.

The shared 4H chart shows a possible descending triangle. Buyers are defending support near 1.48, but each bounce is meeting sellers at lower levels.

A clear close below 1.48 could bring the 1.37–1.41 demand zone into focus. Breaking above the falling trendline would weaken the bearish setup and put 1.60 back on my radar.

My view: support holding is encouraging, but XRP needs to break the lower highs. I’d wait for a confirmed move and retest before getting excited.

But the bigger question for me isn’t just the 25bp move.

It’s what Powell signals next.

If the Fed presents this as a one-off adjustment, markets could recover quickly. If it signals more hikes ahead, risk assets may stay under pressure for longer.

My plan: keep leverage low, watch $BTC around the key levels, and wait for the market to digest both the decision and Powell’s comments before taking a bigger position.
