📊 Binance Research: what’s happening in the market right now
Binance Research has released its fresh monthly market recap for July. We’ve pulled together the key points for you.
July was a recovery month: total market capitalization rose by 8.0% to $2.29T. Bitcoin gained 8.9%—it bounced off a local low of $58.5K and moved toward $66K, but by the end of the month, amid tough rhetoric, it slipped back below $64K. Ethereum led the top-10 with growth of +19.7%.
Bitcoin ETFs finally reversed: a 10-day outflow streak totaling $2.73B was broken on July 3, followed by three straight weeks of inflows. But June’s record outflow of $4.5B was only barely offset.
Altcoins (excluding BTC and ETH) are still down −22.8% year-to-date—at $667B. This looks more like targeted rotation than a full-blown altseason.
Top performers of the month: — ETH (+19.7%) and ZEC (+14.4%)—leaders in growth — TRX (+3.9%), XRP (+3.8%)—moderate gains — HYPE (−16.7%)—the worst result of the month
Stablecoins are holding strong: total volume is $309.9B. Solana saw a notable surge—its segment grew by +29.3% to $14.9B. Non-USDC/USDT stablecoins hit new highs, led by USD1 and USDG.
Tokenized real-world assets (RWA) continue to grow—the market reached $37B (+3.2%). Government debt added the most, while tokenized corporate assets skyrocketed by +406% year over year.
bStocks capitalization topped $500M—about a quarter of the global market for tokenized corporate assets.
Since launch, these assets accounted for 68% of growth across the whole segment, and listings expanded from 5 tickers to 40+. One interesting detail: 58% of volume happens during hours when traditional exchanges are closed—weekends push the price even before Monday’s opening.

Many people think bStocks are only about price growth. But some tokenized assets also pay dividends: the company shares its profits with token holders.
On bStocks, this is credited automatically through a multiplier — the dividend is issued, tax is withheld from it, the remainder is reinvested, and your balance grows by itself.
Dividend yields vary significantly across companies. Here are rough benchmarks (annual yield vs. price, approx.— it changes with market quotes) 👇
Symbolic (less than ~1%): — Broadcom (AVGOB) — ~0.8% — Microsoft (MSFTB) — ~0.7% — Oracle (ORCLB) — ~0.7% — Nvidia (NVDAB) — ~0.5% — Apple (AAPLB) — ~0.4% — Meta (METAB) — ~0.3% (started paying in 2024) — Alphabet/Google (GOOGLB) — ~0.3% (started paying in 2024)
⚠️ Figures are approximate and move with the asset price. The size and even the fact of dividends the company may revise. This is not investment advice—always DYOR.
Pricing is exactly the process in which the bStock price is born under the influence of market participants and conditions.
Demand and supply set the direction; market makers maintain liquidity; the spread shows the difference between buying and selling; and the premium and discount show how much bStock has deviated from the reference price of the underlying asset. All of this together is pricing.
How it works: — Demand and supply determine where buyers and sellers meet — Market makers and liquidity make trades smooth, without sudden price jumps — The index serves as a reference point for the reference price, while the premium/discount shows the deviation from it
Once you understand how the price is formed, you see the bStocks market as a living mechanism 💛

Answer the questions and fill in the cells horizontally and vertically. Letters at the intersections will help reveal a hidden word in the highlighted row (#9) — there’s no separate hint for it 😎
Across: 6. Market power that shows how much of a tokenized asset people are willing to buy.
Down: 1. A market characteristic that determines how easy it is to execute a trade without strongly affecting the price. 2. A market participant that posts quotes and helps maintain trading activity. 4. A deviation where bStock trades below the reference price of the underlying asset. 5. The difference between the best buy price and the best sell price. 7. A deviation where bStock trades above the reference price of the underlying asset. 8. A calculated benchmark that the system can use to determine the reference price.
🔑 What key word is hidden in the highlighted row under #9?
In the comments, write only the key word — we won’t spoil the other answers 🤫 The solution and breakdown will be posted in a few hours
